Yoder & Kraus, PC, a full-service law firm with offices in Kendallville and Albion, Ind., is pleased to announce that it has changed its name to Yoder Kraus & Jessup, PC, effective January 1, 2018.
The name change recognizes the significant contributions, excellent results, and commitment to service that Patrick L. Jessup has added since joining the firm in 2014. Jessup’s practice areas include family law, criminal law, estate and probate, litigation, and real estate.
In addition to his work at Yoder Kraus & Jessup, Patrick also serves as a Judge Advocate in the Indiana Army National Guard and as a Deputy Public Defender in Noble County, Indiana. Jessup resides in DeKalb County with his wife, Jessica.
Kyle Gough joins firm
Yoder Kraus & Jessup, PC, is also pleased to announce the hiring of associate attorney Kyle Gough. Gough, a native of Fort Wayne and a 2009 graduate of Westview Jr.-Sr. High School, focuses his practice on business and corporate law, transactions, elder law, and estate planning.
Prior to joining Yoder Kraus & Jessup, Gough worked for two top local Fort Wayne law firms and a private equity firm to diversify his experience and gain practical knowledge and skills. Gough is well prepared to use his talents to provide big-city quality legal services at small-town prices.
Gough earned a Masters and J.D. law degree from Michigan State University College of Law and a Bachelor of Arts from DePauw University in Greencastle, Ind. Area residents might also recognize Gough’s name through his work as founder and first executive director of PCs for Youth, a non-profit whose mission was to provide underprivileged children with personal computers for educational purposes. Gough continues to support local causes and can often be found at community events.
Gough is admitted to practice in the state of Indiana as well both Indiana districts of the U.S. District Court.
